Deposits
We require a 50% deposit at the time of your booking in order to hold your tour date(s). We will collect the remainder from you on the day of travel. If paying by credit cards, we ask that you use the same card for both payments.
 
Cancellation
If you cancel your tour more than 14 days before your scheduled date of travel, 100% of your deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee.
If you cancel your tour within 14 days of your tour, but more than 7 days before your tour, 50% of your deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee.
If you cancel your tour within 7 days of your tour, your deposit is not refundable.
 
Payment
You can pay the reservation deposit using any major credit card or by check. For payment of the remainder on the day of your tour, you can pay by credit card or cash.
 
Minimum Group Size
We require a minimum of 4 paying passengers for each tour, due to our fixed costs. If your group is smaller than 4 passengers, you can still take a tour with us by paying the cost for 4 passengers.
 
Out of Area Pickup
We are based in the heart of both the Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz County. Pickup anywhere on the Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz County is included in the cost of the tour. If you'd like to be picked up or dropped off outside of our local area, we'll be happy to accommodate using the following pricing:
Add $10 per person for: Santa Clara County
Add $20 per person for: San Mateo and Alameda Counties
 
Smoking
Our vehicle is a nonsmoking vehicle. If you smoke, and need to stop for smoke breaks, we'll be happy to accommodate.
